Our Founder, Kate Jennings, is also a Co-Founder and Senior Director of NourishED International (NEDI), a company created in 2025 with Sarah Mines and Sonja Knutson.
NourishED International (NEDI) was inspired by conversations with colleagues globally who consistently remarked on the lack of support and services for individuals navigating careers, and career-related matters, in the international education (IE) sector.
NEDI strives to build an inclusive, nourishing, and sustainable global community of practice that empowers international education practitioners throughout their careers - from newly entering the field to those retiring.
NEDI's LinkedIn Group is a place to ask questions of colleagues, share insights and perspectives, and generally support each other in our IE careers. NEDI will also post articles/templates, services, supports, and training offered directly by NEDI and/or in partnership with select partner organizations.
